We will be discussing the three Doshas, Healthy eating Guidelines and will get to try Kitchari, a traditional delicious and nourishing stew made from a blend of basmati rice and yellow mung dal combined with digestive spices and vegetables. Take home the recipe for the dish used as a cleansing and detoxifying food in Ayurveda. Find out your own Dosha and leave with a better understanding on how to utilize the so translated "science of life" to optimize digestion and overall wellbeing.
