Celebrate Pride at Namastuy!

A balanced, rhythmic Vinyasa flow dedicated to the support of our LGBTQ commUNITY. This class moves through postures lead by breath awareness. Modifications are offered, accessible to students at any stage of their practice. Suggested donation: $10.

Join us for another Free Pride Flow on 06/06 at 10am. As well as our special PRIDE event 'Love is Love' on 06/10 with a Vinyasa flow by Lenny Sydney Adler featuring a live DJ set with Elosi (Sisters, Halyon, Watershed) and a special edition of Yoga Dance with the one and only Emily Shapiro.

4PM-6PM DJ Vinyasa Flow (60min) & Yoga Dance $20-35 Sliding Scale with all proceeds being donated.
6PM-8M Afterparty & Raffle with tarot readings from Sonio Ortiz, drinks from Pilot Kombucha, snacks from GoMacro and party vibes from DJ Average Jo. FREE!

All proceeds from our entertainment, raffle and PRIDE classes in June will be going directly to the Brooklyn Community Pride Center as well as the Bea Arthur Fund.
