Nurture within - a prenatal Yoga Series

A nurturing six-week journey for all birthing persons designed to support you through pregnancy with strength, ease, and connection. Each 75-minute class focuses on a specific theme to help you feel grounded, balanced, and empowered in your changing body. Through gentle movement, breath awareness, and restorative rest, you’ll cultivate stability, release tension, and prepare both body and mind for birth.

Each class offers Yoga Asana and mindful practices for all stages of pregnancy, with options to adapt for comfort and energy levels.

Class themes:

  • 10/11/25 - Strong Legs – Build grounding strength and endurance to support posture and stability.

  • 17/11/25 - Neck & Back Relief – Release common areas of discomfort with mindful movement and breath.

  • 24/11/25 - Happy Hips – Ease tension and improve mobility in the hips and pelvis.

  • 01/12/25 - Breath & Release – Explore calming breathwork and relaxation techniques to prepare for labor and cultivate inner calm.

  • 08/12/25 - Restorative & Relaxation – Deep rest and nervous system support through gentle, supported postures accompanied by soundhealing.

This series is held in english and open to all trimesters and levels of experience. You’ll leave each class feeling supported, centered, and more connected to yourself and your baby.
